inspiration

The main inspiration for my final MA collection was seashells. I love the variety of shapes and contours found in seashells, and have often been found from a young age scouring the shoreline for new and interesting finds. Read more…

My research includes knitwear trends, fibres, colours, silhouettes and potential garment types... finally settling on capes and wraps. The idea being that my seashell inspired creations would keep you warm on a wintry, rocky coastline. Read more…

This collection has been created for A/W 2013. Garments inspired for dark, stormy, rough coastlines, for keeping warm; thick, heavy, wool capes to pull tight around you against the elements. Read more…
